Guaranteed reservation and deposit

All reservations made through the hotel’s official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

VISA, Mastercard and Maestro.

Check in time: from 3 p.m.

Check out time: until 11 a.m.

Early arrivals and late departures

If you plan to arrive in the morning and you would like to have immediate access to your room, we recommend you to make a reservation for the night prior to your arrrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until your departure. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Cancellation of individual bookings

Child policy

Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge in their parents’ room if a Junior suite is booked. Only Junior suites are suitable to accommodate maximum of 3 people. A baby cot is available free of charge if requested in advance. Extra bed cannot be installed in Standard rooms. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room for children.

Pet policy

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the hotel.
